My parcel arrived. It appears to be of good quality. It got here in the end but I think some improvements could be made with communication processes.

I have not received the item I have purchased in November. The parcel is untraceable and the email I tried sending to you got bounced as the address wasn’t valid.

Great quality and quick delivery
Really good quality sweatshirt feels great. The stitching is of a high standard too. Delivery was surprisingly fast I expected it to take longer than it did. Well worth the money.
